Return Policy

Excluding custom orders and clearance items Precious Treasures offers a 7 day full money back guarantee. All jewelry must be returned in the condition in which it was received for the return policy to be honored. Any items that have been altered or worn are considered final sale and not returnable. Items that have been sized or adjusted prior to shipping are final sale and not returnable.

Returns must be made via shipping only. Upon receipt and review of the item we will refund the purchase price of the item(s). No returns can be made in- inline store and trade shows. Also items purchased can be exchanged withen a month at our retail location and/ or trade shows. There will be no returns on items purchased in-line or at trade shows.

Return authorization from Precious Treasures is required for returns. please email us at ptreasuresinc@gmail.com to recieve a return autho‐ rization form. No returns will be accepted without the authorization and will be sent back to the shipper. Also please insure the item when sending it back. *Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.

Return policy is only applicable to sales made through our website and does not apply to in store purchases or trade show purchases.



Sale Items

Items purchased on clearance sale are final. No returns or exchanges will be aloud.



Shipping

Shipping is dependent on which carrier is picked by you. We ship UPS, FEDEX OR USPS. it is dependent on how soon you need the item. We will ship between 7-14 business days from the time we recieve your order. We cannot guarantee receival date during holidays or Christmas season.

Purchases through Precious Treasures Online will ship to the billing address of the credit card used for pay‐ ment. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside of Washington.If you require next day delivery or would like to ship to an alternate address or to an address outside of the United States please contact us via email with your order number as a reference and let us know your instructions.



Exchange/Store Credit

All items may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 7 business days. Store credit is valid upto one year.. Please refer to our return policy for shipping merchandise back to us.



Holiday Returns

Merchandise purchased from December 1st through December 31st will have an extended return period deadline for January 15th of the following year.



Refunds

After the item is inspected and determined to be in its original condition, your payment will be refunded. Refunds usually appear on your credit card statement within one or two billing cycles. Please be sure to fully insure the parcel upon return to prevent loss. Precious Treasures is not responsible for returns that are lost or misplaced by the postal/shipping handler. The return shipping address will be provided with your Return Authorization Number.

Sizing/Alterations: Any item altered before or after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.



Repairs

Anything worn or used daily – especially jewelry - is subject to the normal wear and tear. We do offer repairs in our inline store and anything purchased online can be brought in for fixing. This service is NOT free. There is a nominal charge for the service. Any gemstones lost will be the customers responsibility



Custom Orders

Custom orders take approximately 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. All custom orders are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.



Payment

We accept all Major Credit cards, Direct invoicing for Credit card payment is sent via SQUARE. Credit cards will be charged at time of purchase. For international purchases we do wire transfers. All wire transfers need to be done in US dollar ONLY. All purchases over $3000 have to fill out a credit card authorization form via email or fax. Refunds usually appear on your credit card statement within one or two billing cycles.

Your online credit card transactions are secure with Precious treasures online. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) and GeoTrust (the industry standard encryption technology) to ensure safe Internet transmission of your personal information. ( not sure what i should put here)

When you provide us with personal identifiable information, it will only be be used to communicate with you regarding the products, promotions and services of Precious treasures. When you place an order with Precious treasures we may use your personally identifiable information to confirm your order, prevent and detect fraud or abuse, respond to your requests or inquiries, and provide you with any other information that we deem helpful or possibly of interest to you.

Precious treasures reserves the right to correct any incorrect data, including pricing, in case of any mistake due to human error may occur.

About Us

Precious treasures was founded by Arti Nihalani and emerged from a cart that sold costume jewelry where silver was only 10% of our inventory. Customers loved our designs and it just grew . We opened our first retail outlet in Everett WA in 2007. 7 years later Arti decided to go into wholesale also as she had a passion for designing and wanted to take the company a step further. She thrives to keep up with the trends and introducing and bringing quality products to the table and rare semi precious gemstones.



RETURN POLICY

Returns can be made on online purchases with in 7 business days of purchase. After 7 days we only allow exchanges. All custom/special orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges have to be made with original tag and packaging. All clearance items are final sale. Jewelry must be returned with in the condition to which it was received. We do not except any returns purchased from showroom, retail shop, or trade show.
